Anime Ascendants Summon Room and Banner Rules

50 gems a pull, limited rates, and the hole you are actually filling.

How to Summon

The standard summon in live Anime Ascendants costs 50 Gems. That number is the whole budget language of a new account. A first-clear, a code toast, and a Trivia pack are all “how many more 50s did I just earn.” Walk into the Summon room from the lobby, press E (or the mobile interact button), and spend on purpose. Public servers hold 16 players. Desktop and mobile share the same banners. Nobody in the plaza can roll your pouch for you.

This page is the banner rule sheet. Pair it with how to get gems for the faucet map, codes for the burst, and best units for the hole you are filling. Evolution is a different loop — how to evolve is the page that tells you Sukuno is not a day-one Secret.

The Summon room

From the plaza, walk into the Summon section. The 50-gem banner lives here. Limited rotating banners share the same room when they are live. After you enter, turn right immediately. Miki stands under the orange Traits sign. You do not reroll on the first visit unless a keeper already walked out of the banner. You should know the door exists so you are not hunting the vendor later. Binds are on controls: E on desktop, interact on mobile.

Codes still happen at Naruto in the ring, or on the Codes button. Do not paste a blueberry string into the summon confirm. Redeem first, then decide which banner is allowed to eat the toast. Click path is on how to redeem.

Standard versus limited banners

Standard 50-gem banner. This is the permanent-feeling pool. Farm (Bolma, Senko), support (Orwin), beginner mythics (Hosino, Megomu), accessible splash (Shonks, Hosoko, Goju), and a pile of nostalgia fillers live here. Until early story has opened raids, this is the only banner that deserves the pouch. Getting Started still says Chapter 3 before you break that rule.

Limited banners. Guts and Griffith during Berserk are the current example. Reported Secret rates around 0.01% are not a rounding error. They are why a blueberry dump looks large and still prints nothing. Limited units often need a raid-shop piece after the pull. A Guts without 250 Seals of Sacrifice is a costume. Calendar and shop context live on events and the raids guide.

Selection banner (JJK-era client). A selection-style banner appeared in the Jujutsu-era client. Treat it as a reported window, not as a permanent pity machine that always sits next to the 50-gem button. If the live client shows a selection row, read the in-game text before you empty the pouch. If it does not, do not invent a selector because a year-old clip had one.

Limited rotating portraits will still be there after raids open. The gem stash you spent in Chapter 1 will not.

Magic Tokens versus Gems

Writeups mix the two. They are not the same currency.

Gems buy summons, mostly the 50-gem standard pull on a new account. Sources: codes, story first-clears, raids, legend, Trivia, dailies, group grants. Map on how to get gems.

Magic Tokens buy Miki trait rerolls (commonly 1 token per roll) and feed the other gacha / premium lane. Sources: raids first, then Trivia, codes, challenges, index milestones, and the pass. Tokens are scarcer than gems before raids exist, which is why you rush chapters instead of camping the Summon door.

Do not spend gems at Miki. Do not spend tokens on a curiosity pull while the farm unit is still on Range I. Cubes are a third item: they roll stats, not the 17-trait table and not a Secret. Sort the toast before you open the banner.

What to pull (fill a hole, then stop)

Summon for a job, not for a glow.

  • Farm hole: Bolma. Senko until Bolma drops. Place it on wave 1. Golden belongs here, not on the nuke.
  • Support hole: Orwin. The aura is the reason expensive squads still bring him. Supernova, not Ascendant.
  • Carry hole: an early mythic (Hosino, Megomu) or a legendary crutch (Touci) until a real evolution target exists. Shonks is the accessible full-AoE insurance policy. Confirm names on best units and the units tier list.

Stop summoning on a given night when the hole is filled or the pouch is empty. Spreading ten pulls across “maybe this Secret is Sukuno” is a misunderstanding of obtainment. Sukuno is an evolution from Itadoki on Cursed Academy. Yuto is a raid drop. Itochi is an event unit. Gems do not print those three as finished day-one Secrets.

Park Niruto Kid, Goko, and Luffo. They will show up because the banner is generous with nostalgia. They have no evolution ceiling worth the feed.

Pity: legend farms versus banners

Banner pity is not the story this wiki will invent for the 50-gem button. Limited 0.01% rows do not become fair because you are due. If a live banner UI shows a pity counter, believe the UI. If it does not, do not count pulls on a napkin and call it a system.

Legend stages are the other lane, and they can have a reported pity. Itadori-style legend farms have been reported around a 50-run pity. That is a stage counter, not a summon counter. You run the act. You do not spend 50 gems fifty times hoping the legend unit walks out of the standard banner. Crystal stones and evo items still drop on those acts whether the pity ticks or not. How to evolve is the obtainment map.

Do not spray gems. Codes and first-clears fund summons. Raids fund tokens. Legend funds the evolve button. Mixing those three loops is how accounts go broke with a pretty index and no raid clear.

Do not dump blueberry codes into cosmetics

A BLUEBERRY2! or BLUEBERRY! toast looks like a license to roll everything. It is not. Sequence it:

  1. Confirm Gems, Tokens, Cubes, and Trait Rerolls in the lobby currencies.
  2. If you still lack a farm or a support, spend Gems on the 50-gem standard banner.
  3. Hold Trait Rerolls for the unit you will still place next month. How to reroll traits exists so you do not burn 125 spins on a bench Epic.
  4. Do not convert the gem pile into lobby cosmetics, shiny hunts before account level 5, or a 0.01% limited portrait you cannot finish in the raid shop.
  5. If a limited banner is genuinely the current meta, confirm it on events before you break the Chapter 3 rule.

Shiny coats wait until account level 5 and they are not a tier. An evolved non-shiny carry with a real trait still outruns a sparkly starter. Freeze the banner, not the story.

A pouch you can actually follow

  1. Redeem live codes. Bank the toast.
  2. Clear opening story. Take first-clear gems.
  3. Summon on the 50-gem banner until Bolma or Senko and Orwin exist.
  4. Push until raids light. Tokens start to outgrow quiz toasts.
  5. After raids are open, gems can follow a limited shop — but only after you still have a carry plan.
  6. Evolve the unit that changes your raid job before you ten-pull a second DPS.

The Summon room is a vendor, not a personality test. Fifty gems a pull, limited banners at reported 0.01% during Berserk, Magic Tokens in their own pocket, legend pity on the stage not on the button. Fill the farm, fill the support, fill one carry hole, then close the door. That is the summon plan for a live 16-player tower defense, not a second gacha essay.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for codes, traits, summons, and story progress.

How many gems is a standard summon?

50 gems per pull on the standard banner. Treat every code toast as “how many more 50s is this.” Gem sources are on how to get gems.

Where is the Summon room?

Walk into the Summon section from the lobby and press E. Turn right for Miki under the orange Traits sign. Binds are on controls.

Should I pull Guts or Griffith on a new account?

Not until raids are open and you can finish the shop. Reported limited rates sit around 0.01%. Calendar is on events; shop pieces are on raids.

What should I summon for first?

A farm (Bolma or Senko), a support (Orwin), then one carry hole. Confirm names on best units. Stop when the hole is filled.

Is there pity on the 50-gem banner?

Do not invent a standard-banner pity. Legend farms can have a reported pity (Itadori around 50 runs). That is a stage counter. Evolution path is on how to evolve.

Can I spend a blueberry code on cosmetics?

No. Redeem on the codes hub, then fill farm and support on the 50-gem banner. Cosmetics and early shiny hunts are not the hole.

Are Magic Tokens the same as gems?

No. Gems buy summons. Magic Tokens buy Miki rerolls and the other gacha lane. Do not mix them at the vendor. Trait steps are on how to reroll traits.
